Towboat built in 1894, No. 34 for New York Central Rail Road
Worked the Eastern Sea board. In 1925 sold to a towing service in
Jacksonville, Florida. The new owners renamed it Lenore. In 1948
because of the need for more power, The Lenora and other steam
tugs were sold and replaced by diesel tugs. She was sold and sent
to South America, and her fate from there is unknown.
